General Terms and Conditions (GTC)

1. Advice

I attach great importance to detailed advice and offer a separate consultation before booking a service, which lasts 30 minutes and is charged at a flat rate of 35€.

 

2. Appointments - hairdressing services

I work exclusively by appointment and am financially dependent on appointments being kept at agreed times or being canceled early so that I can reassign them.

If appointments are not canceled or kept 24 hours in advance, 50% of the planned service will be charged.

I reserve the right not to be able to offer any more appointments to customers who do not pay the cancellation fee.

In the event of cancellations on my part, I will endeavor to be able to offer an alternative date immediately.

Appointments can only be canceled by phone (mailbox), email or, ideally, by Whatsapp. 

2.1. Appointments – bridal styling

Agreed trial stylings are calculated on the day itself with a deposit of 50% of the total amount, these relate to the planned working time of 2.5 hours. Each additional 0.5 hour started is charged at 40 €. The balance of the bridal styling is due on the day of the wedding (in the case of bank transfers, the balance must be credited to my account before the wedding day).

Appointments for the purpose of trial styling (see 2nd appointments) must be canceled in good time 24 hours before the appointment.

On the day of the rehearsal, the final approval or rejection of the planned bridal styling is given by the customer. Regardless of an acceptance or rejection, the flat rate of 50% will be retained as a service rendered.

After the trial styling, the customer has the opportunity to cancel the bridal styling free of charge within 7 days, after which cancellations are staggered and subject to a fee:

  • 7 days before the wedding 50%

  • Up to 1 month before the wedding 30%

In the event of a cancellation on my part, no costs will be incurred.

Appointments can only be canceled by email or, ideally, by Whatsapp. 

 

3. Customers / Minority

I do not offer children's or men's haircuts.

I also do not carry out any chemical treatments on customers under the age of 18.

 

4. Prices

The prices published on my website are only guidelines that may vary based on time and effort.

Payments can be made as follows:

  • cash payments

  • Instant bank transfer

  • Card payment (also Apple Pay, Google Pay)

Vouchers are available in the salon and can be applied to both services and products within 12 months of the showroom.

 

5. Allergies

If there are known intolerances and/or allergies to certain products, I ask my customers to let me know, otherwise I will not be held responsible.

 

6. Result

Through an intensive consultation, I do my best to implement the final result discussed, taking into account the history of the hair. Nevertheless, the final result discussed is non-binding, since unpredictable reactions can occur, since every hair is individual. Therefore, I ask my customers to be absolutely transparent about past treatments and product applications.

 

7. Durability

The durability of hair colors depends on many factors, so advice and the recommended product use are very important to me. Many factors such as the hair structure, external influences (heat, mechanical etc.), frequent hair washing etc. can affect the durability of the hair color and therefore I cannot guarantee a permanent color result.

 

8. Complaints

Your satisfaction is very important to me! If your hair color or haircut doesn't seem right after our appointment, please contact me within the next 7 days so that we can fix it.

 

9. Liability

I assume no liability for valuables, wardrobes and bags of my customers.
